1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ElementsBoost for Elementor plugin (“Plugin”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin.
2. Description of Service
ElementsBoost is a WordPress performance optimization plugin designed specifically for websites built with Elementor. The Plugin provides tools to analyze, optimize, and improve the loading performance of Elementor-powered pages. The free version is available via WordPress.org; a premium (“Pro”) version is available at elementsboost.com.
3. License
3.1 Free Version
The free version of ElementsBoost is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPLv2+). You may use, copy, modify, and distribute it in accordance with the GPLv2+ license.
3.2 Pro Version
The Pro version requires a valid license key purchased from elementsboost.com. Each license key is valid for the number of sites specified at the time of purchase. The license grants you the right to use the Pro version on those sites for the duration of the license period.
4. Optional Telemetry & Data Collection
4.1 Anonymous Telemetry (Opt-in Only)
When you explicitly enable the “Diagnostics” toggle, the Plugin sends anonymous, aggregated usage data to our servers on a weekly basis. This includes:
- WordPress, Elementor, and PHP version numbers
- Active theme name
- Number of active plugins and Elementor pages
- Which optimization toggles are enabled
- A hashed (non-reversible) site identifier
No personal data, page URLs, page content, or visitor information is ever collected or transmitted. This feature is disabled by default and requires your manual opt-in.
4.2 Ecosystem Benchmarks
The Plugin may fetch aggregated, anonymous benchmark data from our servers to display comparative optimization statistics in the dashboard. No user data is sent during these requests.
4.3 Data Processing
All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share any collected data with third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos used in the Plugin and on elementsboost.com (including “ElementsBoost”, “PageDNA”, “BuraqOptimizer”, and “MMT”) are the property of LMSCrafter. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Plugin will meet your specific requirements
- The Plugin will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Performance improvements will match any specific metrics or benchmarks
- The Plugin will be compatible with all WordPress configurations, themes, or plugins
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ELEMENTSBOOST, LMSCRAFTER, OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLUGIN.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Refund Policy
Pro license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the Plugin does not function as described. To request a refund, contact us at

9. Third-Party Services
The Plugin may interact with the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — when the “Self-host Google Fonts” feature downloads fonts for local hosting
- Google PageSpeed Insights API (Pro only) — when using the PageSpeed Benchmark feature
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the Plugin and these Terms at any time. Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated through the Plugin’s changelog or via email to Pro license holders. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Pro version if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to using the Plugin on more sites than your license permits or distributing license keys.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LMSCrafter operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
